Viafin Service Plc (“Viafin Service”) is executing its growth strategy and strengthening its service portfolio by acquiring the entire share capital of OT Service Oy (“OT Service”), a company primarily providing mechanical maintenance and machine workshop services in Northern Finland, effective February 29, 2024.
