Viafin Service Plc (“Viafin Service”) is implementing its growth strategy and strengthening its expertise in electrical maintenance. Viafin is acquiring all shares of Bear Group Finland Oy, which provides electrical and mechanical maintenance mainly in Western Finland, and Karhu Workteam Oy, which specializes in electrical maintenance. The transaction will take effect on February 28, 2025. As a result of the acquisition, more than 50 employees will join Viafin Service. The strong local presence of Bear Group Finland Oy and Karhu Workteam Oy in the field of electrical maintenance will increase the number of Viafin Service’s electrical professionals to approximately 100.
